GNAV in a Global economy.

Yes we survived our second year, we are still alive in this global economy where only the fittest survives....

Lessons learned in 2007:
  • It all starts and ends with faith: Believing in your company, believing in your people, believing in making miracle projects happen such as the one we made: more than 400 cities surveyed in less than 4 months......Our team has grown from a couple of people to over 50 Engineers and technicians during our summer census. And yes it was tough but we managed it very well and our customer is very happy :) ....... We are very proud to have finished the nationwide census...
  • Working with Multinationals is a great way to get ready for international competition.
  • You can never spend enough time planning your projects.
  • Risk is to be managed carefully.
  • Whatever could go wrong will go wrong so spend enough time getting ready for it.
  • Managing company finances is critical for the success of company projects.
  • Hang in there long enough and stick to your vision .
  • GNAV can make a difference in bringing GIS to businesses in Morocco.
